I lived at Isle of Palms for almost 4 years. The park is spotless and well maintained. The lot rent is extremely reasonable which included water sewer and garbage (a bargain). The owners are the best… Rules are good and they enforce them as a result pristine grounds. I highly recommend this park to anyone that seeks a place to call home.

Great neighbors, and friendly environment, with a lot of fun activities for the residents. The Holidays are celebrated at the Club House, as well as Eucher tournaments 😉 on Wednesdays, Bingo Night, and much more. Isle of Palms has a delightful feel, much like that if a ‘ small town ‘ all in its own.

I’ve been living here for almost 4 years. I was VERY lucky to find this little piece of paradise in the doggy section!!! The lot rent is low … (especially for this area) and people here, including the owners, are really nice. There is always something going on but no one makes you feel guilty if you don’t want to participate. There is no pool,”hence the low rent” but quite a few residents have joined the Elks just around the corner for a very reasonable fee. They have a huge beautiful pool and lots of activities as well. I love living here and and I think you will too😊
